What costs will workers’ compensation cover?
Workers’ compensation will cover the necessary medical costs related to your injury and lost wages if you missed work because of your injury. If you are unable to work for more than seven days, you can be compensated for up to 2/3 of your regular salary, up to the state’s average weekly wage.
