A worker's compensation lawsuit involving a chemical explosion at a South Carolina nitro plant continues to be argued in court since the claim was filed in October. The plant has denied negligence in an accident that injured a plant worker. Plant officials claim that negligence on the part of other employees' conduct, while the injured worker claims that the plant did not provide him with protective clothing and failed to provide safe working conditions.
