A particularly brutal work related accident occurred in New Jersey recently.  The accident involved a worker being killed after being pulled into a very powerful and large wood chipper that is used to make mulch.

The accident happened on Tuesday and has been under investigation since.   Officials state that it could take multiple months for the final report to be released.  From the initial reports,  the worker was on the conveyor belt of the machine before being pulled into it.

The man who was killed had been working with the company , Generated Materials, for over a year and a half before his death.
