Man killed in accident involving a tractor-trailer

by Administrator 12. April 2010 08:43

A crash on Interstate 20 killed a 32-year-old man. Officials say the man's car was forced off of the road by a tractor-trailer that was trying to change lanes.

The tractor-trailer was changing lanes, probably trying to avoid slowing traffic, and forced the car into the median. The man in the car was thrown from his car and was transported to the hospital where he later died of injuries sustained in the accident. Police officials are investigating the accident to see if the truck driver will be facing any charges. The accident is the ninth traffic death in the area this year.
