Steven E. Goldberg

Steven E. Goldberg joined the Steinberg Law Firm in 1993, following his father into a career of law. Steven explains, “Growing up, I was impressed to see my father working hard and the clients being truly thankful for that hard work.” Steven earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

A partner for over ten years, Steven has represented people with on-the-job injuries and those involved in motor vehicle accidents. He also represents victims of nursing home abuses.

Steven maintains his office in Summerville, South Carolina. He is a member of various organizations, including the South Carolina Injured Workers’ Advocates, the American Association for Justice, where he served as a Section Chair for the Workers’ Compensation Section. He has also served as chairperson of the South Carolina Bar Worker’s Compensation Section and maintains an active membership with the Dorchester and Charleston county BAR associations. Steven has argued Workers’ Compensation cases before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. He also addresses colleagues and members of the business community at various seminars regarding these issues.

Steven lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife and three boys. He is a member of Synagogue Emanu-el and KKBE, and is an incoming chairman for Operation Home, an organization devoted to making homes safer for low income residents.
